One-on-one yoga sessions are a great way to get the most out of your yoga practice. With a dedicated instructor, you can focus on your specific needs and goals. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, a 1-1 session can help you improve your flexibility, strength, recovery from injury, gain confidence and overall improve your overall well-being.

Fees

  • £50 per hour approximately- depending on location.

  • Discount provided for ongoing regular 1-1 sessions

Small Group sessions

Small group sessions are also a great option for those who want to get the benefits of a 1-1 session. With a small group, you'll still have the opportunity to get personalised attention from the instructor, but you'll also be able to share your practice with others. This could be with friends, your family, or your work colleagues.
