About me

I am a yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience. I believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of their age, ability, or body type. I use my background in dance and choreography to create fluid and creative flows that are both challenging and accessible.

I focus on helping my students find space and release stress as well as building strength and flexibility. I believe that yoga is a powerful tool for physical and mental well-being. I use breath work and clear alignment cues to help my students connect with their bodies and minds.

I am a certified yoga teacher with the Bristol School of Yoga. I have also completed training in adjustments, creative sequencing, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. I am DBS checked and hold a BA Hons in Dance and a PGCE in FE.

I am passionate about teaching yoga and helping people find their own unique practice. I believe that yoga is a journey, not a destination. I am always learning and growing, and I am excited to share my journey with my students.
