I offer yoga workshop sessions for schools, Colleges, and Universities/Higher Education. My sessions are designed to be fun and engaging, while also providing participants with the physical and mental health benefits of yoga.

Workshop Sessions for schools:

My sessions include games, postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation, and aim to be fun whilst sharing key aspects of yoga, helping to develop children's overall well-being. The sessions can be based on a topic or theme and can focus on seasonal celebrations. Schools in the past have included my sessions within sports, mental health and wellbeing weeks.

It works well for me to deliver either 2 hours, a morning/ afternoon or a full day of lessons, within this I can deliver 30-45 minute lessons for a number of different classes or groups, however, I can be flexible to suit your schools' requirements. All equipment is provided.

I hold a Yoga teaching qualification for both adults and children and I have a DBS.

Pricing

Sessions are approximately £40 per hour. I am happy to discuss pricing further with you. Some schools are able to use sports funding to support these workshops.

Yoga in Colleges, Universities and other educational settings.

I can offer your FE or HE setting Yoga sessions to suit your group’s needs. These sessions could form a regular well- being session to support your group or could link with an activity within your timetable such as enrichment or induction. These sessions are great for supporting your groups all round well- being focusing on mental, emotional and physical health.

I am a very  experienced teacher within FE and HE and I have a DBS.
